The assessment is now available!
Your agency director should have received a separate email in early September with your agency’s unique link to the assessment. If you did not receive this email or were unable to complete the survey by the deadline, please email mccop.info@nyu.edu to request your individual link.
While your organizations data will not be included in our bench marketing reports, you will still receive an individualized report showing the results of your assessment.
Instructions for Completing the Assessment:

Print out a hard copy of the assessment and fill it out together with your team.

In preparation for the transition to Medicaid managed care, the Managed Care Community of Practice (MC-COP) team has launched the Managed Care Organizational Self-Assessment (MC OSA). The purpose of the MC OSA is to assess organizational readiness for managed care across a number of critical domains needed to effectively prepare for the early stages of a business relationship with managed care organizations. MC-COP strongly suggests that an agency brings a team that represents all areas of your organization and is able to respond to the series of statements collectively.
